The region’s largest construction and urban development event will bring together thousands of industry players and showcase the strategies shaping the next phase of growth.
Supported by the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, and the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, the event is expected to attract more than 2,800 exhibitors and over 85,000 professionals from across the construction sector. Covering design, engineering, smart cities, and sustainable building materials, Big 5 Global will focus on the technologies and strategies shaping the future of urban development.
The Middle East and Africa currently have over $7 trillion in projects at the pre-construction stage, with landmark programs such as Saudi Vision 2030 and We the UAE 2031, driving urgency and scale. As governments prioritize resilient infrastructure, sustainable buildings, and smart mobility, the region’s construction industry is quickly evolving and attracting global attention.

The global construction sector is at a tipping point. The scale of urban development underway in the MEASA region is historic, but the pressure to deliver is just as significant. In this context of rapid development and expanding opportunity, Big 5 Global provides direct access to active projects, key stakeholders, and current industry insights, enabling the construction and urban development sector to navigate complexity with clarity.
