First Bit Hosts AI Business Breakfast in Dubai

During the event, Hakim Kuvatov, Commercial Director at First Bit, explored the rapid growth of AI and what it means for business leaders, looking at market trends, adoption patterns and the challenge of turning experimentation into measurable results. He emphasized that effective AI adoption is less about simply introducing new tools and more about identifying repetitive, document-heavy and measurable processes where AI can deliver practical value.

Aleksandr Smolianinov, Founder and CEO at First Bit, then shared how First Bit is using AI internally. He spoke about the company’s AI Assistant and an AI Advisor developed to support management work, including meeting preparation, tracking decisions and commitments, and reviewing different options and risks. He also discussed the importance of having company information well organized before AI can work with it effectively. For the AI Advisor, this included strategy, metrics, meeting records, and decision history.

The final part of the program focused on the infrastructure and controls behind wider AI adoption. Dmitry Doshaniy, CEO of 10ⁿ Tech, presented a step-by-step corporate AI framework moving from individual use to teams, organization-wide deployment, and, finally, regulated environments.

The discussion covered the need for clear rules, secure access, reliable data, and defined ownership as adoption grows. Participants also looked at why more advanced AI depends on the quality and structure of the information behind it. It also looked at the role of structured data and corporate systems as AI moves into more complex business processes.
