The economy, the availability of materials, and prices are all challenges beyond our control. But what I learned from Mr. Ibrahim that these things are outside my circle of control, so I should stop worrying about them. The session was very helpful because it targeted the most painful areas for everybody in the industry right now.

During the session, participants discussed key challenges facing construction businesses, including cash flow protection, cost control, operational visibility, and leadership decision-making. The workshop focused on practical strategies that can help contractors improve financial resilience, reduce risks, and manage business performance more effectively.
Cash flow is a big challenge, as it is for almost all companies in the market. Another key challenge is keeping projects moving through the project pipeline. As for today’s session, it was an eye-opener — it gave a more structured approach to working on the individual elements of the business.

Today's session was very nice, it was something new for me, it was very interesting. Definitely it’s helping a lot, and I learn a lot and I get a lot of information from it. We should always keep in mind that we need to find a solution that both parties are happy and they understand each other. This will be good to learn to work as a team.
