Digital Transformation in Construction at Big 5 Global 2025: First Bit Highlights

This year, we joined Big 5 Global 2025, held from November 24 to 27 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. We participated as an exhibitor, marking another milestone in our commitment to delivering cutting-edge ERP solutions tailored specifically for the construction industry.

As the region’s premier construction event, Big 5 Global is is widely recognized as the leading exhibition in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region. It serves as a gateway to major projects, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

There are a lot of opportunities in the market, not only in the UAE but outside the UAE, as we are growing in the Middle East, so it's a very good platform to meet with people and to say hello to everyone.

The 46th edition of the event in 2025 brought together over 2,800 exhibitors, showcased more than 60,000 products, and hosted tens of thousands of professionals from around the world. It also highlighted emerging industry trends in sustainability, technology, and smarter urban planning.

This is a very big opportunity for me because here I get a chance to meet a lot of people from different industries.

During the four-day exhibition, our team operated from a custom-designed stand located in Sheikh Saeed Hall. We showcased the latest version of FirstBit ERP, emphasizing how it can improve project visibility, optimize costs, and streamline workflows for contractors.

Our visitors were able to engage directly with product demonstrations, ask detailed questions, and explore how FirstBit ERP could integrate with current or upcoming projects.

We showcased our brand to the global market. We connected with potential clients from different parts of the world, including contractors, developers, and professionals from many other industries. It was an interactive conversation between them and us, and it was a good networking.

We attended several expert meetings, panels, and presentations — not just to observe, but to listen and learn. Our team also engaged in informal discussions with thought leaders and industry veterans. These conversations provided us with fresh perspectives and real-world insights into the industry’s future, while affirming some of our existing ideas.

This year, Big Five Global was marvelous. It actually gathers all the leaders from the industry, including developers, construction companies, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and many other leaders, not only from this region but from around the globe.

I like that this year’s event helped us better understand and reconfirm the fact that the whole industry is after digitization and looking for the right partner to work with. I believe we are the ones.
