Al-Futtaim Real Estate Launches Al Badia Villas Leasing Project in Dubai

Al-Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE) has announced the launch of Al Badia Villas, a new residential development featuring 107 smart homes, each offering three to five bedrooms.
The project was delivered by Al-Futtaim Contracting, demonstrating the company's vertically integrated model for managing development, design, and quality control.

The development occupies three hectares of parkland within Dubai Festival City. Key features of the project include smart home integration, sustainable elements, and enhanced connectivity.
To promote sustainability, Al Badia Villas are equipped with solar power systems that can reduce energy costs by up to 30%. In alignment with AFRE's focus on energy-efficient housing and electric mobility, each villa also includes provisions for tenants to install private EV charging stations.

The development is located within the Dubai Festival City community and provides residents with access to local amenities, schools, Dubai Festival City Mall, and transport links, including Dubai International Airport. On-site facilities include a nature trail, a children’s play area, an outdoor fitness park, cycling tracks, and dog-friendly walking trails, as well as 24/7 security surveillance.
The development will also feature a nature trail with QR codes that provide information about the local flora and fauna. According to the company, this initiative aligns with the objectives of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 strategy.
