Implementation of the inventory management system of the FirstBIT ERP software product and its integration with the store electronic equipment allowed store owners to automate and better organize an efficient business.

Customer Scope

Starting the business automation campaign, the Management of "Jenny Rose LLC" was searching for a program which would be easy to use, automate the business process and which would be easily installed, and help solving some problems in complex:

  • simplify operations of acceptance, inventory;
  • provide conditions for fast customer service;
  • organize an effective system of maintaining records at the enterprise;
  • quickly obtain objective analytical data on goods distribution.
Action Plan

The project was carried out by First BIT’s Software specialists. We installed FirstBIT ERP solution Inventory Management to the customer workplaces. They also connected the ZEBRA GC420 label printer and the Symbol LI4278US scanner. The users got the detailed instructions for personnel. All these works took only 2 days.

As the result of this project, the following business processes were automated: stocking and goods distribution, bank and cash operations, and also drawing up the detailed reports on the enterprise business operation.

All commercial data on performed/planned/being realized operations, on the personnel, contractors, the terms of delivery, and etc. is stored in the unified information database. It significantly simplifies the process of preparing reports, makes it possible to quickly complete documentation, control the personnel work, and quickly serve clients.

Implementation of the bar-code system makes it possible to quickly mark goods and search for needed items according to the required parameters.

The management of the company notes that implementation of the automated control system FirstBIT ERP gave the opportunity to control the stock load and plan purchasing operations. The speed of goods shipment increased by several times, the resorting level decreased.
