First BIT held a seminar “Opportunity management - when every lead brings profit!”

On 11 November, First BIT company in partnership with Russian Speaking Business Club held a seminar-meeting “OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT - when every lead brings profit!” in Dubai. The seminar’s topic was effective work with potential customers and business process optimization on the basis of Bitrix24 CRM.

Senior consultant Natalia Koryakovtseva and Business development manager Hakim Kuvatov, highly qualified practicing professionals from First BIT, were the speakers. The invited specialists shared their long-term experience in implementation and effective application of CRM- systems in business with the seminar participants and covered the following important topics:

1. Organization of work with leads and contacts - segmentation, accounting, incoming leads sources;

2. Conversion and its enhancement tools;

3. Purchase funnel development - work with sales department employees;

4. Development of omni-channelled communication with client - work with social networks, messengers, and integrated web-forms.

The speakers shared some practical examples of effective work within the CRM system, using the example of Bitrix24, which successfully copes with the tasks listed above. The Bitrix24 platform unites all the communication channels, prevents from missing the important information and allows to easily process the incoming messages.

The business meeting participants had a chance to thoroughly examine all steps of closing a deal conducted with the use of Bitrix24 CRM - from receiving an incoming lead to composing a commercial proposal, by studying real cases in the First BIT practice.
